About Sindhi Seva School

 

Sindhi Seva School is a service-driven educational initiative founded by the Sindhi Seva Samiti, Bengaluru, with a simple but powerful belief: that every child deserves access to quality education, regardless of their economic background.

Established in 2006 as a pilot project, the school set out to provide free, English-medium education to children from economically weaker sections of society — particularly those at risk of dropping out due to financial hardship or the pressure to contribute to family income. Nearly two decades later, that mission remains at the heart of everything we do.

Our Story

​

What began as a small initiative has grown into a recognised centre of learning affiliated with the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), enabling students to sit for formal Class 10 and Class 12 examinations and earn qualifications that open doors to higher education and employment.

Over the years, we have educated more than 900 students — providing not just classroom instruction, but mid-day meals, computer literacy training, vocational skill development, and the kind of consistent support that helps young people believe in their own potential.

Since 2006, Sindhi Seva School has:

• Helped 900+ students graduate with recognised qualifications

• Trained 300+ students in tailoring skills

• Trained 180+ students in beautician courses

• Consistently achieved strong results in NIOS examinations, with many students earning distinctions
